Please do not work with this company, AUREA Hernandez is the worst to deal with. I was lucky to get my packages back, i'm not sure if you're going to be lucky if you use them

These guys will respond emails quickly before you work with them, but will leave you hanging in the air once packages arrive with them. They left my packages in the warehouse for 12 days, never responded to a single email and when i started threatening them then only did they move to take an action which was to return packages back to us rather than conduct business and send them on to our customers. The worst people to deal with in this field, i'd recommend to look elsewhere
