I bought a product in Bol.com and I was supposed to receive it in 2 days but it's been 3 weeks now and I still didn't receive the product. I contacted the customer care twice to cancel my order but both the times they said they cannot cancel my order with different reasons and they were also rude. It is really frustrating when you are not given value as a customer. They say that they have to check with their seller but I bought it with Bol.com(their customer not the seller's customer) and when I ask them to cancel it they have to cancel it and not check with the seller if they can cancel it. It's the headache of Bol.com and their seller to settle it among themselves.
