I don't usually post reviews, but really had to given the awful service provided by this company. Please avoid at all costs. Most pathetic online store and online service ever received. Bought a bike over £1.5k from them. Nothing but issues. Customer service is an absolute joke when you call, have been attempting to replace defective tyres they sold me and taking over three weeks now to get them delivered. Please be aware that most 'positive' reviews are fake reviews used by internet bots or false users. I'd recommend you check other review sites, but ultimately recommend you stay away this company at all costs.
