After signing up for a sponsorship deal, I paid the initial fee.
Once I had paid the fee, I failed to hear from the company for a couple weeks, eventually my equipment arrived.
Once the goods arrived, I got a mixture of equipment and some even broken. I immediately called the owner Malik, who began trying to sweet talk his way out of this, but I insisted on a refund.
After months I am still waiting for a refund, after numerous what's app messages promising me a refund, I have documented everything, can anyone help me.
