I made an in-store purchase to be delivered on Jun 19th, because they did not have the sizes I needed available at the store. They were never delivered. It took me 3 different attempts to get someone on the phone. Once I did get a customer service agent on the phone, it took 2 hours of on hold, off hold for him to find my order, to only have him come back on the phone to tell me he needed to transfer me. I spent another 20 minutes on hold waiting. Someone finally answered and found that the order was never placed. However, I was charged. I got a refund.
Total call time: 3 hours. I had to take time off of work, unpaid.
I have had to order in-store for delivery before and had similar issues
So frustrating.
