I ordered a phone that was advertised as being in brand new condition from a seller listed as evirtualz or shop majors (both names appeared at different times during this transaction). This to me means that it will arrive in new packaging, with an unused battery and SIM card, directions, and an invoice or packing list. What arrived was a used phone with scuff marks wrapped in an NFL paper towel and bubble wrap, a charger, and a piece of paper with a message stating that I will need to purchase a new SIM card and then do a hard factory reset. That is not a brand new phone. I e-mailed ecrater/the seller twice trying to get information on how to return the phone. I have yet to hear a reply.
