Ordered tv stand from them, expensive one, almost $900. Came relatively quick, box looked like it's been on road for 365 days. Dents, scratches, stains, tape like it's been opened and resealed. Well,? It looked pretty depressing. I opened small part to see right away crack and didn't bother to check any further. I contacted them and complained. The customer service lady right away set up UPS pick up next day and reorder new item. It was on back order but whatever, I was in no rush. Next box arrives, looking worse than the first one. Ups guy tell me: "I remember picking up your return, this box doesn't look good either, if it's damaged maybe you should not order from them." I was very suspicious opening the box. Everything inside looked broken and ripped. I almost stopped but gave it a chance. Surprisingly the stand had no damage, and what I liked the most it was already put together. I didn't have to assemble, just attach the shelf. The quality turned out to be good too. I am satisfied with the product.


I ordered vanity from this company thru Houzz website, which is next to get my review, and had nothing but disastrous experience with this incompetent company. First vanity took 2 months to be delivered, once delivered i saw how poorly it was packaged and how damaged the box was, so before the UPS guy even left I opened it and found big crack on a side. I refused delivery and UPS guy took it away. I took pictures, contacted Houzz, who contacted the seller and requested replacement. My whole bathroom project was on hold because I was waiting for vanity for so long. I was in fear that replacement will take as long. I was beginning them to replace it quicker, but no, they had to wait till the damaged goods reach all the way to Texas, although I provided pictures of the damage, before they processed my return and only then send a replacement. I ordered this damn vanity in September, today is December and I still don't have it. It is ridiculous and I don't know what to do. For now I can only warn anyone who is planning spending money with this company to stay away..


My very first order with HOUZZ was a disaster. I saw all the bad reviews for this company but the vanity that I like was only sold through them, so I decided to take chance. Big mistake. My bathroom project been on hold for 5 months now! And I mean I don't have sink or vanity and can't use that bathroom at all... The vanity arrived 2 months after I ordered it and it arrived damaged. Houzz seemed to take charge and contacted the seller right away, I was impressed and happy with their response, but as the time went on and I still haven't gotten replacement or the tracking number as to when it will arrive, the Houzz faded away and doesn't seem to care any more. They respond to my email but not being very helpful. The tracking number they provided doesn't exist. I understand that the Houzz is a middle man, but if they represent sellers on their website they have to take full responsibility for their incompetence.


I planned my trip with booking.com. Somehow description wasn't very clear and I ended up with a private apartment with no concierge like I expected. Plus the person who rented the apartment was not on site and I had to wait 40 minibars for her to open an apartment for me. When I tried to contact booking to write a review it was nearly impossible. I contacted them several times requesting them to guide me on how to leave a review but they never responded. Plus the owner of apartment marked me as "no show", probably avoiding paying commission. So overall, I was frustrated and won't be booking with booking any more.

Our normal delivery time is 2 to 5 days of preparing for orders+ shipping time( 2 to 3 with express shipping and 7 to 10 for standard shipping.)

You placed order on Jan. 25th, which happens to be our Spring Festival, from Jan 25th to Feb. 11th. So orders are all delayed and we have added notes to those that might be delayed by this festival. We do apologize for this delay and hope you can understand.

As for return, we feel sorry to bring you any hassle. We are still working on this return process and we are improving. Thanks for your ever support.

For the item that we requested picture, we saw that you said item is of very bad quality and thought that you received defective item and thus we meant to look into this for you after we see the photo. If this has offended you, we do apologize again. You can just reply and say that you need return label and don't want to take photos and we will proceed.

We are eager for feedback and thus we ask so many questions. Sorry for that again.

The last item has been cancelled and we will expedite refund for you.

As for other returns, we will process refund for you after we receive it.
