Unbelievable lack of service. All help is is a robot and a list of articles. Ask how to upload documents?
Nothing. Ask for help connecting with a trusted referee? Took days, and still, no valid answer, but I know every article by heart.
Ultimately I have reported them to the PA state representative Christine Howard, whose office said they are extremely difficult. If your life or need to buy food is on the line?
Forget them.
