Customer service is abysmal. Took over 2 business weeks for them to issue a refund for my completed f*cked order. I ordered two items, paid my $25, waited my week or two, and only got a pair of shorts that were damaged at the seam. I requested to return them, they had to "check with their team" to see if they could pay for a shipping label for me, even though this is literally explained in their FAQ's that this is the process to initiate a damaged item return. Over a week went by at this point since my initial contact to alert them of my damaged item and ask about my missing one. They told me they'd send me a new package and I still just wanted to return for a refund, so another week goes by until they finally issue a refund, and guess what? They didn't even fully refund the order. I paid $25 to ship me some damaged shorts. I want the rest of my money returned to me.
