I used this service to buy a 2022 build a bear werewolf brand new from the UK. As of 2023, it's been discontinued here in the USA and has been being sold for outrageous prices by scalpers on eBay- I'm talking over 100 dollars for a toy that started out costing 22 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous.

Using this service, I wound up paying about 50 dollars in all for my werewolf. Still expensive, but 50+ bucks cheaper than I would've paid for one from a scalper here. Not to mention, I got to make a wish on him and add a scent to him, rather than having to just deal with him smelling like someone's moldy basement.

The worst part of using this service was going without tracking. If you use it, GET THE TRACKING! It's well worth the peace of mind. I thought he got lost in the mail for a couple days there!

I at one point made a mistake on the website in adding the wrong tracking number to a declaration, and then tried to input a correct one... And both turned out to be wrong and unnecessary. I emailed their support and got a quick response from an agent called Honey. They deleted the incorrect entries for me in a heartbeat. I do wish that there was an option for users to delete those things themselves, but it was quick and easy enough to work with the system they currently have.

In all, I think this service is great! Just make sure to get tracking, and also make sure you get everything right when declaring the contents of a package.

Tip for consumers:
Some sites don't take American cards if they don't ship direct to the US, watch out!

I was offered a promo for free delivery if my order was over 10 dollars. I filled my cart and was about to check out, but my brother offered to drive me to a store because he needed some things, as well. I removed all the items from my cart on the site and cancelled the order. I thought I would be able to use the unused free delivery with over 10$ on my next order, but when I tried, the site told me I didn't have it anymore. I emailed them about it, and they told me that what I had done counted as using it, even though I literally didn't. The cheapest delivery price is 10$, and you can only apply for free delivery if you spend 150$ every year and spend over 35$ on every order. Not worth it. I'm not paying twice the price to get some frozen dinners brought to my home.

80% of the coupons I find on retail me not are either long since expired or completely fake. I'm trying to save money, not get angry and wind up spending more.
