I hate writing bad reviews and consider myself a level-headed person, but we had a sitter who destroyed and stole some of our property, took our dog from our home to stay at his house without asking (despite explicitly paying him to stay in our home), got incredibly aggressive to the point where we didn't feel safe having our dog in his care and had to hire someone else WHILE boarding a plane. Rover didn't refund us for property damage OR for what we paid for the service. Good luck if anything goes wrong! Absolutely awful service.
