I spent over $100 on merch for mt boyfriend. Bought it November 26th 2018. I get there may be a delay due to the time frame of was placed. HOWEVER it is now almost match 2019 and still haven't received a single item. It's ridiculous and I'm quite mad. Everytime I've emailed them I just receive an apology and hear nothing else on the matter.
