I ordered two pair of socks on 12/8/16 and paid extra for faster delivery. Received an email on 12/19 that part of the order was shipped. No information about the rest of the order. Received another email on 12/24 that the other part of order had shipped. On 12/27, a package was delivered containing one pair of socks but they were the wrong ones. I emailed their "customer service" on 12/19 asking why only one pair of socks was shipped. Never got a response. I emailed again yesterday to inform them that they sent the wrong merchandise and that I hope the pair I haven't received is also not wrong. I really don't expect to get a reply. Should have done my due diligence on this company before ordering. Fortunately, my purchase was under $20 but I will notify my credit card company.
