They take your order, send an email confirmation, charge your card the same day, and never deliver your order. They do not respond to messages left on their recorder or to emails.

This site also operates as beautystoreinc.com and BeautyStorePro.com. Be sure to read the BBB report where they receive an "F". They have $175.92 of my money. They sent me an order confirmation, also, but never shipped. Several calls and an email and NO response. I have my credit card company working on it but have little hope since 120 days have passed.
