Terrible company. Do not do business with them! You are better off going to a consignment store to sell items and then YOU get the tax break. They can take all of your clothes - even if they meet all and *every single one* of their requirements - and just "decide" not to accept them. No reason other than "we decided." Perfectly good designer brand stuff - most of which was New With Tags... and it's "nope!" Then they donate *your* expensive items and take *your* tax break. It's highway robbery. I'll be reporting them to the BBB next for this practice. It's disgusting, and utterly without morals. Worst part? Back in the day when they were a startup brand, they were fair, transparent, and responsive. Now, absolutely none of that is true. Don't buy or sell from them... you have been warned!
