I have been trying since yesterday to send you a message regarding two charges in the amount of $14.99 that have been charged to my account, and not been rescended. Evidently, your server is not working, because I just received a message that my message regarding these pending charges, was undeliverable to your server. This message was sent to your Company over 24 hours ago.

I have charges to my account still pending, as of over 24 hours ago, and the funds are not available to me. The amount is small, I know. But the fact that I provided your Company with confidential information, and you have charges of any amount against my bank account, for services that were NEVER rendered is completely unacceptable.

I applied for a background check at your site, but both times it failed, and a pop-up message came from your site, and said that I would not be charged, because no services were rendered.

What in the world is going on with your Company?! To be offering the services that you are, you must be absolutely credible, and above board! When proporting to be a reputable site providing senior services online, you MUST be credible.

I am a professional private live-in care provider. I work for a VERY high profile client in the state of CO. My contract will be expiring at the end of April, this year. In good faith, I listed with your site, and what a rip off. You actually asked for my social security number as well as my driver's license number, which thank goodness, I did not provide.

If you do not credit my account immediately, I am going to report you to every agency governing elder care, that I am aware of.

Shame on you!
