Worst service I ever had. On the day of the deliver they asked for extra delivery charges since the address is on outskirts(which is not). They should have emailed one day the same but they failed to do so. Last year also same thing happened i have literally followed for the order till my friend has received it. No time sense at all and never thing the day is important thats the reason customers will send the orders on specific occasion and day. And also they never refund the money instead will give a credit note. What the use of credit note when a customer already had a bad experience with the website and will he order again?
