I made a resume with My Perfect Resume only to find out that they charge for it. I paid the initial $3 for the resume but I did not know they would start charging me for a subscription. I called to cancel the subscription and the woman I spoke to had an accent which made it hard for me to understand her. She repeatedly tried to convince me to keep my account and kept offering me lower and lower prices after I said no. She finally cancelled my subscription and then I asked if I could get a refund for the $24.95, and she says she can't because I was already charged. I told her that I had not even touched My Perfect Resume's services since making the resume so it would be unfair not to receive a refund. She finally gave me a refund, but went about it in a rude and condescending way; she addressed me by my Miss "my first name" instead of by my last name and the tone of voice she used was intended to make me feel inferior. Would not recommend this company unless you really cannot format your own resume or other forms. I was also charged foreign exchange fees by this company which doesn't help on top of their ridiculous pricing.
