Sometimes when a funding source submits a payment, the payment does not actually arrive to our system instantly. Depending on how the funding source has sent the payment, it can take anywhere between one and three business days for the payment to arrive into the Payoneer system.
We are very sorry that it has taken longer than expected, but I want to reassure you that we are not intending to scam you. We do not gain anything from you not receiving your funds, nor do we collect any types of interest on your hard earned funds. Additionally, we are based in the United States, with call centers in the United States, Israel, and the Phillippines. I hope you have received your payment, but I have sent you a private message to try to resolve this issue immediately.
