I ordered several dresses from this website as part of a Black Friday deal. 2 of the three dresses showed up defective. We're talking unevenly cut dresses, and seams that were not stitched down fully, threads hanging off all over the place. They were resistant to solving the problem, and it was only by filing a complaint with the company that handled the payment that I was finally able to obtain a refund for the shipping and for the two dresses. The entire process was inconvenient and disappointing.
