The print was faded, my order came late and they did not include my website, which was part of the approved image I gave their art department. I ordered 200 shirts and the customer rep told me to take a pic of one of the defected shirts and email it back to them for a refund. I handed the shirts out to my students the next day and followed up with the customer service a few days later. They changed up on me and told me that I now need to take a pic of at least 50 defected shirts in order to prove that the entire order was defected. By that time I did not have 50 left and they did not seem to care. After talking to several reps and sending many emails I was given a partial refund. The entire process was super frustrating and this company lacks integrity. I will never shop here again
