I was quite hesitant about ordering from this website at first, as you never know how the quality of the products you're ordering from China is going to be. However, this site completely exceeded my expectations.

I ordered my first wig from WIF a couple months ago. It is a long, curly, light blonde wig (the code was LF101). I couldn't believe the quality of the wig for the price -- it was about $100. The hair doesn't fall out, it looks real, and I got tons of compliments on my "hair" when I wore it to a party. The clips inside the wig cap secure it very well, and it didn't itch or annoy me at all. I also love how real the lace fronts look.

Since then, I've ordered five wigs from them and am always happy. Most recently, I ordered a wig but changed my mind about the style I wanted four days after I'd ordered it. I e-mailed customer service asking if I could have a different one sent out instead. They replied within 45 minutes and agreed to do this for me, even though my previous order had been ready to ship out that same day. Their customer service is fast and really goes above and beyond.

I get compliments on my "hair" every time I wear one of the wigs out and it's so much fun being able to change my hair length, style, and color whenever I want. The most recent wig I bought was style code LF371 and it looks and feels SO real. Again, the quality of these products for the low price is amazing, and shipping has always been FAST. Their loyalty points are also amazing!

I never, ever submit reviews, but I had to here. I cannot believe how ridiculous this website is. First, it hasn't been updated in YEARS. You are very limited in what you can say and although it does at first glance seem like a good way to meet other singles, I would never, ever recommend this site to anyone.

A while back, I paid for a subscription to the site for ONE month. What I wasn't told was that they would continue charging my card over and over. This went on for a long time. When I told them that I hadn't used the website in over six months and I expected to be refunded, all the said was that they would send me a gift card.

Flash forward to a year later and I never received anything in the mail. I decided to try the website again just to see if anything would happen. I e-mailed customer service MANY times asking them if I could have said gift card credited to my account, because it never arrived in the mail as they told me it would. Their website says they respond to inquiries within two business days, but there were days between messages with no apologies for any inconveniences. Once I explained to them that I was promised a gift card, my account was mysteriously deleted and I received no further responses from them. This was five days ago. Needless to say, I'm furious.

The amount they charge for their services is ridiculous, especially knowing how awful their customer service is and that there are so few people that you will likely not meet anyone who lives near you. No free trials or anything, either. If you even want to read a message someone has sent you, you've got to pay up. Don't know what they do with all the money they make, seeing how outdated the website is and how unprofessional their staff is.
