HORRIBLE I SET UP CAR RENTAL WITH 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE OVER PHONE AND ON DAY OF MY CAR DROP OFF I FOUND OUT THEY CANCELED MY CAR RENTAL RESERVATION WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR ANY NOTIFICATION HERE I WAS STRANDED WITH NO CAR FOR ANOTHER 3 HOURS ON PHONE ONLY TO GET $#*!TY CAR LAST AVAILABLE 3 HOURS LATER. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR FIND BETTER INSURANCE THESE PEOPLE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL SMUCKS. SEVERAL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES REFUSED TO CONNECT ME WITH SUPERVISOR SO YOU CANT EVEN COMPLAIN ABOUT WHAT THEY DO THIS COMPANY IS SUPER SHADY.
