I made a reservation to rent a car through tickets at work. I was turned away at the airport with NOTHING because I was turned away because I was paying with a back card. Tickets at work stated in an email that this location accepted my bank card. They didn't, I was at the airport and did not get the car I paid for. They took my money from my bank card and won't refund me. Now I'm still fighting to resolve this issue it's best to STAY AWAY!
As a 3rd party the car reservations come from the rental supplier themselves. We apologize you got turned away when you got to the counter. Please provide us an order number and we will gladly look into this matter. Thank You.
