Awful service! I placed an order for a Halloween costume mid-September. I followed up 2 weeks later as I hadn't received the package or a tracking number, even though my credit card was charged. No response to my email. I had to call them. The guy who answered, apologized and said he would ship it the following day. I get an email 1.5 weeks after that they cancelled my order. Horrible, horrible.
