Amerihome purchased my mortgage from another company 2 years ago, and in those 2 years, they raised my escrow payment to the point where I literally had an extra 5k at the end of the second year, even as my taxes and insurance had actually decreased. This happened because, as they told me, they conducted an early escrow analysis, resulting in the appearance that the account is short, when in fact it is not. Okay, so decrease the payment. Oh no, you must contact the escrow dept for that, except the dept doesn't have a phone, so you must email them. You would think that a company that holds 99 billion dollars in mortgage securities could put a phone in the escrow dept, no? Then when you do email the escrow dept, you will receive a canned response, in about 30 days, stating your escrow payment will remain the same. I literally had to refinance in order to get this money back. Stay far away from this company, unless you want a non-interest bearing savings account that you can't access until you pay off the mortgage.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this company, they will increase your escrow and there is no changing it.

UPDATE 4: I have contacted the company, and if I spend time uploading documents and mail or fax them, the rep states they will reimburse me for the overdraft fee, as a result of this company deliberately double charging me (it's not a mistake when they've been doing this to customers for years, see Ripoff report). What about late fees for bills I can't pay while they tie up my money? All this because I ordered some vitamins. Here's my original review: Let's see, what is $1 times a million? Now multiply the double charges. I see reviews complaining about this company and their practice of double charging customers, going back over 5 years. The fact that they haven't fixed the issue, tells me their unintended consequences, aren't unintended. Here's how they do it. First they charge you for one product, then they charge you for the rest of the order. Then they charge you again for the entire order. Three transactions. Clearly that extra revenue makes it appear as if the company is bringing in more profit than it actually is, good for stock valuation, no? The profiteering by healthcare companies in this country, especially during this pandemic, is insane. If any of us were to steal money, then give it back after we get caught, we would still go to jail.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site, they have a history of double charging customers, going back to at least 2014.

I'm returning all of it, I don't trust vitamins from a company that is clearly not putting it's customers above profit (or rather the appearance of it).
