Not sure how they have so many great reviews, make sure you read their 1 star reviews to get a more accurate depiction of this company, or check BBB. Besides the fact that my last two orders remained in pending status for over a week, and I had to contact them and remind them before they decided to ship; they seem to have no intention on customers using their "Ezpoints". As of December 20, I had 47 points pending, and of course those were the points that would have put me over 250, allowing me redeem for $25 off my next order. The website states that points are available after 90 days. I contacted them on day 91 regarding the pending points, and after I was on hold for literally 30 minutes, the rep said they would send me a code to use within 24 hours. I actually have an email from their own customer service rep, verifying that I had 47 pending points. Well, the code never came and lo and behold, I go on my account today and my pending points magically changed from 47 to 23, which will put me exactly 3 points away from being able to use them. What, do they think they are so slick? After reading their new rash of 1 star reviews here, I suppose I'm lucky that I even received the products I paid for. Can you say unethical corporation? Oh look, you can search this corporation on buzzfile, the owner is *, they even have his number. Perhaps you can give * a call if you haven't yet received your order.
