I pretty much went through the same thing as everyone else has said. I am very easy to please, but this was the worst customer service experience. Took an entire month to get 50 basic invitations. Over that one month span, it would take a week for her to respond to my emails. Lied about delivery date when in fact she had not even shipped the invitations. And when I finally got them... no envelopes came with them! So I had to go hunt for envelopes because she said she was out of stock when I called about this issue. Was told a week ago that she issued me a refund already for the envelope issue. Guess what... still no refund.
This was honestly the worst online experience I have ever had. You can buy a vehicle online with less issues. Would I order from here again? No. And if I had known these reviews were so incredibly accurate, I would not have ordered. I never even got an apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Awful business practices that do not coincide with her promises online.
