My flight I booked last week has now dropped to 50% off per flight which adds up quickly when you have 5 passengers. I sat on hold for 40 minutes and the lady told me they should be able to help me with my request. They i sat on hold for 30 more minutes where I was asked to do a survey they disconnected. I emailed and was never called just a quick brush off email. Very disappointed since we have always had such a positive experience with this company.


I waited on hold for 45 minutes to be told a customer service rep would be helping me with price matching my flights. Then 30 minutes later I was connected to a survey then disconnected. I sent an email and it was answered with a generic answer and has not been replied to.
