So awful. Dont ask a question unless you want to be verbally abused and treated like a child. Wonder why they get so offended? Perhaps because they're in the wrong and always on the defense?
Goodness, don't even subject yourself to these jerks. There are plenty of other nice people in the world who deserve your time and money.

Tip for consumers:
PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE. You did the right thing by checking reviews before you made that purchase. Yay you! Run!
