BEWARE: All Green Carpet Clean(ing) appears to be creating fake Facebook accounts -- or soliciting friends of the owner -- to write 5-star customer reviews in an attempt to bury all of the negative ones and improve their overall rating: https://www.facebook.com/pg/AllGreenCarpetClean/reviews/

The alleged authors of these 5-star reviews share interesting similarities: the Facebook accounts were created on Oct 31 or Nov 1, have a questionably-low number of "friends" (generally a dozen or so), are enrolled in an "international university" or "started a job at Facebook", and [initially] feature[d] unimaginatively-beautiful profile photos. Other recent 5-star reviews have been written as if the authors didn't realize that they can easily be connected to the owner of the company with just a brief perusal of their public posts or their publicized friends list. Screenshots of just a few of these questionable reviews and correlated profiles are attached.

Both their claimed and unclaimed Yelp pages and their Facebook page reference the company's website (currently allgreencarpetclean.com; formerly allgreencarpetclean.org), which -- based on the strikingly similar tactics summarized in many of the 1-star reviews -- describes upholstery cleaning services that seem to be associated with a scam based out of Brooklyn, NY, and appear to be operated nationwide. All three online platforms feature a plethora of negative reviews, and as reflected in the attached screenshots, it might likely be deduced that many of the positive reviews on both Facebook and the aforementioned Yelp pages are fake.

Before I realized All Green Carpet Clean(ing) had a "claimed" Yelp page, I posted my own 1-star Yelp review of their poor service and photos of the subsequent damage to our area rug -- as well as an update regarding our experience with their scam -- on the company's "unclaimed" Yelp page: https://www.yelp.com/biz/all-green-carpet-cleaning-midwood?hrid=3fIfrhmZRTfW76Iv5KFUXA&utm_campaign=www_review_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct)

The company did not grant a refund for the destructive service, and their only proposed resolution was to pay them an additional $149 for an attempt to remedy the parts of the area rug they had ruined. Obviously, we did not continue any further business with them. Buyer beware!
