Great service items always fast to be sent out and great prices

I don't think you can beat TRU, I went into my local store a few weeks ago and they were out of stock on something I needed for Xmas. I asked a staff member Sally who was so helpful they offered to order it from another store for me. When it arrived however it had a damaged box, I'd already paid but I had a decent £5 off refunded to me. Excellent service Thanks you Sally and Mike

I cannot fault this company. Prices are great, Delivery even better, even on a Sunday. Made my sons day when his present arrived on a wet Sunday morning when he wasn't feeling well..

I 1st came to Gotshop around a year ago new to the crafters marker in online selling I was unsure and wary, its been a real eye opener for me. I set up on two shops Gotshop and another. I had no support at all from the other shop and ended up closing after 6 months. Now Gotshop has had its fair share of problems but I have been compensated very well for those, I think that its very fair. I have had so many problems myself too. Setting up my own business I came across many hills and mountains like any new business does. SO I understand fully Gotshop's own glitches, now its back on track. And so am I. I have had a few sales, its easy to list. I have never found the admin rude, in fact they are very helpful especially Jane and Holly. I would not hesitate to recommend Gotshop. And I love the why they have put in stricter photo guidelines. To me that is a seller on its own I am so sick of going into a site and seeing blurred bad images that screams unprofessional, I know we are all homemakers/crafters but we put in such a huge effort with photos. The same should follow though with our photos, customer service and packing..
