Terrible, terrible, terrible! RUN don't walk away from this site. Purchase your gift cards at the grocers, at drugstores, or directly from the retail merchants - NOT giftcards.com.
My husband received a $100.00 VISA gift card from a client. When he remembered to use it, it had expired. No way to renew it, the $100.00 just gone, no recourse. Where does that $100 go? Not to the original purchaser ( his client) and not to any retailer... so I'm guessing giftcards.com just got $100.00 richer.
