I order flowers for my fathers funeral two days before the service. They were to be delivered a day before the funeral, to make sure they got to the funeral home, they did not deliver on that day, and never make it the next day for the funeral. I was in shock they had 2 days and never delivered flowers for such a sad important day. I called them and they would not give me the name of the florists and said they could not understand what happened. I hope no one will use them after my bad experience.
