I tried this site and signed up for 14.99 and then was somehow setup on a monthly plan. When i sent an email i was issued a refund but only for the unused days. I don't mind paying the 14.99 but deserved a full refund for the 29.95 charge. I found a place as i always have on craigslist.

Technical problems on Amazon's part and my order did not go through. I called later but they said they did not get order and had no idea how much the firestick was selling for on that day. I just googled it and found out how much they sold for on prime day.

Kathy, We would never charge your account without your consent and authorization. We charge monthly for a subscription that can be canceled at any time. In order to pay for our service you had to agree to this twice, we also send you email reminders to both our 24/7 helpdesk and your external email address reminding you of this and giving you a quick link to cancel all billing. You must have read absolutely nothing and ignored all messages and emails to be unaware of the renewal. Furthermore we do have a 24/7 customer service help desk and I am sure that if you contacted them you would have received a pro-rated refund and excellent customer service. Did you contact the 24/7 help desk? Or just write this untrue review?
