I want to say we have ordered from Pawz many times and have always been happy with the products we keep (returns were for size issues or to flashy coloring for my daughters liking). This last order totaled $198 and we ended up keeping only one shirt. Had a return value of $163. Was notified that the refund had been issued to the original form of payment (credit card). No refund has shown up on my account since the note was issued on 8/24/20. When I inquired Pawz sent me to the company that handles their payments (Carthook Checkout), they in turn sent me back to Pawz. Pawz has been so unhelpful! I checked with credit card company and they have not seen a refund. $163 is a lot of money! Reluctantly I will NOT be purchasing from Pawz in the future. I will continue to check for my refund via the credit card company but guessing it is never going to show up. Pawz customer service is very lacking. Also the shirt that was kept had a hole in it after 2 wearings... they did not address this issue at all when noted! Love their shirts, love the cause, no happy with Pawz customer no service.
