It's really nice to have a great selection of ecards for such a wide range of topics. Not only is the site easy to use, they notify you when the card is sent (which is within a minute or two). So nice for us procrastinators who wait until the last minute. Great site and I highly recommend it.

It took almost 3 weeks for me to receive the dress I had ordered. I ordered my normal size, but when the dress arrived, it was at least 2 sizes too small. First problem. I then contacted the company to return the dress and the return was approved. However, this is the text of the letter I received:

"Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.

Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s).

If you still want to return the package, you should email us for a return label as soon as possible. You can check the return policy here: https://www.justfashionnow.com/information/Returns

***Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.***"
In other words, I would receive $5.85 if I returned the dress. They must be kidding.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that consumers AVOID this company.

I have been so impressed with the quality of the reviews my books have received. At first, when I heard about Pubby, I was skeptical, but now I am a believer. The reviewers do read my books (I can tell on my kdp report) and they comment about salient points. Customer service has been great. They have answered all of my questions, usually within an hour. When one review didn't get posted, they gave me my points back, no questions asked. It's a great system and I highly recommend!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Ordered the app ($33) for 3 months. The content was inferior and I wanted to cancel. Thought I had, then surprise, surprise, I had another billing on my paypal account. Of course, I couldn't prove I canceled because it was an app. Contested the billing, and ketocycle said I had automatically renewed (which I didn't). Beware of this company--they are only out for your money.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid anything this company is doing.
