Regarding trying to return a product from Groupon:
They finally sent me a return label for this one order after several emails, but refused on another order that was accidentally double ordered due to a bad internet connection.
"The only reason I said good(choices were only good or bad) is that they finally sent me an RMA and label to return 1 item that I did not receive in time. However, they didn't make it easy to return this, or any item. I am not sure that I will be back.
Returns are a part of sales, and should not be this difficult. Please Groupon, revisit your procedures on this issue. This experience is probably going to be my last one with your company unless you can show me that you have addressed this issue.
