I ordered a TV Stand in October 16. Said 4-6 week delivery. Not sure what the problem was, because warehouse said shipped, but it wasn't. Finally after 3 chats, and over 6 weeks later, got a "OVERSIZE SHIPMENT" person. Why this wasn't done sooner is beyond me. Finally delivered in Dec 9th. Second experience was today, where I just ordered a lighting fixture, thinking this should be way easier. NOPE! Got an email later today that said item "is out of stock, sorry for your inconvenience." Of course this was after it said "In Stock" when I was ordering. ARGH
