Today I received my order (I even paid expedited shipping) to open it and in one look I could tell immediately this is NOT 100% human hair as described. I also went and had my hairdresser (and her two colleagues) confirm this. This is synthetic hair and is completely unusable for my purpose and not what I purchased. The phone number for customer service *******165 is not in operation. I have e-mailed customer service and if I get a response and a full refund plus return shipping costs I will update this post.

I am sorry to read about your experience. Please be assured all our extensions are made with 100% real human hair. A fibre burns test can be carried out on a small piece of your extensions if you have any doubts.
