The shopping experience online was easy and enjoyable. Showbacca had a Men's Birkenstock - Arizona Sandal (for my husband) in Anthracite Gray, that I could not find on other popular shoe sites. I wasn't sure of the correct size, so I ordered two sizes to try out. My order arrived promptly and in good condition. After try-on, I easily returned the size that did not fit and kept the one that did. My husband loves the sandal - thank you!

Love the brand name, website, style offerings. Now, I can add that I respect the professional customer service and product packaging & delivery/return process, as well.
