I ordered a Deluxe flower arrangement to be delivered for my friends 60th birthday. Below is what arrived. NOTHING LIKE PICTURED. I was so embarrassed. When i called customer service, they thought a $10 adjustment and a coupon would make up for such a disappointing and disastrous gift. Yeah, right.
UPDATE: After many emails to *******@fromyouflowers and 5 days later I was able to get another bouquet delivered to my friend. The new bouquet was nice and my friend liked it, but it wasn't what I originally ordered. Maybe this is due to pandemic shortages. Who knows. The whole experience was exhausting and I should've just sent her a singing telegram.
