Account since 2008. No tech support, no returned calls on urgent issues. Completely unavailable to urgent requests. Weeks go by, multiple calls and trouble tickets. Same thing all the time. You are put on hold, then told no one is available right now and they will call you back. Over 6 weeks of calls and trouble tickets. Why pay for this utter lack of service and issues never addressed, site problems not fixed. Is anyone actually there, or is this a defunct online service just existing and cashing checks as long as they can. Buyer - BEWARE!

Tip for consumers:
Just don't. You will waste your time setting up the content only to have it held captive and have to go to a different service. Need to move a community of 100 people who've been together for many years to an entirely new system and will lose all our history due to a lack of tech support from Sparklit. Go elsewhere or waste days, weeks, years of your life.
