My contact info was given to Holopick, a China based company, by Zolucky, another China based company, from whom I had the misfortune of ordering. I have never purchased from them or heard of them at all. In spite of unsubscribing them countless times, finding their website and filing several complaints, and receiving emails that say they will stop all contact, I can not get rid of them. Hopefully, this will get SOME response.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it.

Products used:
I never ordered from them and had never heard from them until they started flooding my spam folder.

I purchased about $125 worth of clothing from this company. I recognized the advertised clothing from Zulilly and thought that the same clothes were probably sold by different companies. The return policy read that the items could be returned 15 days from receipt but not to the San Francisco address listed. The items arrived in two parts. NONE of the clothes were what I ordered, but were all cheap knock offs of the advertised items. When I contacted the company I was told I had to mail the return items to CHINA! I responded that the companies practices were dishonest and unethical, but received no resolution. I dropped the ugly clothing at the nearest thrift store. It is close to halloween, so someone might want them.
