I am a Prime member, never disappointed in the products or the service! They are my first choice for everything except groceries. Only because we don't have a Whole Foods where I live. I wish we did. I wish there was an Amazon my whole life! In 2 days I can get just about anything I want and watch and read and listen to what I want too while I wait.

I did a review of the Glambag Plus a month ago which I would like to revise. Ipsy finally sent my bag, albeit a month late. They also gave me a refund for my trouble, which I wasn't expecting and even though I deserved it I really appreciated it. So now my opinion of them has changed, SLIGHTLY. I still won't do business with them anymore, but I am not as angry as before. The products in the Glambag Plus are VERY NICE I calculated the value of my bag to be $131.00. That's not bad for a $25.00 subscription box. Still it's not worth the trouble to me. I'd rather just go online and order what I want and in a week or less my products are in my mailbox. Plus I can return anything I don't like. Done and done.

I have been a member for about 4 years. At first, before they sold the company, I would get awesome VoxBoxes. From companies like Dior. But I haven't gotten one in@ least a year, despite busting my butt on that site doing reviews and snaps. It's all based on your number of followers now whereas before it wasn't. This is really unfair to those of us who have been loyal to them. My advice: Unless you have all day to spend on social media, don't bother trying to get a box from these people.

Don't waste your time.

This company panders to inexperienced young girls, with their cute packaging and low quality cosmetics. These types of clients won't bother to read the fine print when making a purchase and often find out to late that they are stuck with a product that they hate. How they can stay in business this way is beyond me. A real cosmetics company would not want you to keep something you are not happy with. My advice, stick with reputable companies.

NO REFUNDS/NO RETURNS!

Not only is their customer service the absolute worst, but the products aren't so great either. The eyeshadow has no payoff or staying power, the lipstick is overpriced and runny and most everything else is for teenagers. The only good thing I can say is the packaging is cute. And the scents are nice but they don't react well to my eyes. Also their so called "sales" aren't really sales, they are just getting rid of stuff nobody wants. And still charging a fortune for it. It should be sold at Walmart or Target.

I never really shopped from a tv website before but when they offered me a $50.00 credit to open a charge account and they had a product I wanted, I said why not? Big mistake! It has been 2 months since I opened the account, no $50.00 credit. I have called them 15 times, still no credit. I was not happy with my purchase either. I finally had to resort to writing to their corporate office. No response yet. My advice, stay away from this company. Their products are way overpriced and they charge ridiculous S&H on everything, even if you buy more than one item. They even charge for returns, and won't let you cancel an order because they will say it's too late. I am one unhappy individual. QVC is a sham!
