I bought a gift card for $95+ For Ann Taylor Loft. Purchase price was $79.17. I gave it to my daughter. When she went to use it, it was only worth $33.17. I sent it back, they sent me a refund. All WAS ok. Today, three weeks later, they reversed the credit because they say someone spent $59.97 in Oregon on the card. I live in Georgia. My daughter is in South Carolina. Neither of us has ever been to Oregon. It is NOT POSSIBLE that one of us used it there. They REFUSE to let me talk to the department that can fix this so Im screwed out of the purchase price for the card and have nothing that I can spend. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They say satisfaction guaranteed, I am not satisfied sending them money for something I cant use and they will not do anything about it! I regularly bought cards from them before now. I will NEVER buy from them again.
