Recently ordered from OS... paid for the item and even used some credit in paying for it. I have never received the item... the merchant ignored inquiries about the item and I was just told that my money would not be reimbursed! It wasn't a large amount of money but I do like to receive what I have paid for.
Save your money... do not trust OS and its policies... poor way to run a business.
