I bought a egift card for my sister never received it. I complained, after many emails back and forth they sent the ecard number. I forwarded it to my sister. It had a zero balance. Not only was I disappointed on the terrible customer service, but embarrassed. I had to file a complaint with my credit card to get a refund.
