I purchased a name ring. Received it in the incorrect size. After a LONG song and dance, they wanted pictures and full description, they allowed me to send it back at my own expense. They receive it back, wait 11 days, then contact me to say that they cannot make it any larger. They send it back to me and offer me a coupon for my next purchase. As if I would ever order from them again. A waste of $90.00 plus shipping. There are many places to purchase items like this so buyers beware and purchase from a company that appreciates your business.
