“THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!”

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! AFTER CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT BACK IN FEBRUARY 2017, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED 25.15 (FOR A 24.95 SERVICE BY THE WAY) EACH MONTH AND TWICE IN NOVEMBER OF 2017. I HAVE NEVER LOGGED ON OR USED THIS SERVICE IN ANY WAY AFTER THE INITIAL 1.95 CHARGE, AS I COULD TELL THIS WAS NOT FOR ME. I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM CORPORATE AS I WAS TOLD WOULD HAPPEN. THEY REFUNDED 3 OF THE CHARGES BUT SHORTED ME ON THOSE REFUNDS!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT RETURN IT! I MAY HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR THE $326.75 IN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!

Hello, Katherine - If you did, in fact, cancel your account and receive an email confirming the cancellation there's no way for us to charge your credit card. This type of behavior typically occurs if the customer creates multiple accounts or an unsuccessful cancellation, we would love to take a look at what happened.
